Commonwealth Games 2030 — Ahmedabad on the global map
On November 26, 2025, Ahmedabad was officially declared host of the 2030 Commonwealth Games — the Centenary edition — in Glasgow. All 74 nations participate. GIFT City is a named high-growth corridor in all major forecasts. Rental demand for premium residential and co-living will spike from 2027.
Bullet train by 2027 — GIFT City gets a Mumbai connection
